Responsibilities
- Act as a technical consultant during the sales cycle, analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate GCP-based architectures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
- Lead product demos and proof of concept (PoC) sessions to showcase Cloud Ace's technical capabilities.
- Liaise with engineering teams to ensure solution design aligns with implementation feasibility.
- Provide input for RFP/RFQ responses and participate in solution defense meetings when needed.
- Stay updated on Google Cloud products, architecture trends, and industry best practices.
- Support the early phase of project delivery to ensure a smooth handover and technical alignment.
Requirements
- Experience: 12 years in Pre-sales, Solutions Engineer, or Consultant roles focusing on AI & Data.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics (GCP Vertex AI preferred; AWS/Azure AI is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI system architecture, data pipelines, and cloud-native services.
- Communication: Excellent presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Documentation: Ability to write clear, structured technical proposals and PoC documentation.
- Preferred: Candidates with AI/Data certifications (e.g., GCP Machine Learning Engineer)
