Presales Engineer (CCTV, Networking)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Consultation and Support:

·       Advise customers on network devices and Wi-Fi ISP solutions tailored to their requirements.

·       Address customers technical inquiries, propose solutions, and technical recommendations.

·       Assist customers in comprehending and resolving technical challenges related to TP-Link's ISP products.

Market Analysis:

·       Monitor market trends within the realm of enterprise network and Wi-Fi equipment.

·       Keep up-to-date with competitor products and perform comparative analyses with TP-Link's offerings.

Sales Department Support:

·       Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions.

·       Participate in discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.

Training and Education:

·       Develop product documentation to enhance the sales team's and customers understanding of products.

·       Organize training sessions for the sales team regarding new products and solutions.

Technical Proficiency:

·       Possess broad knowledge of network and Wi-Fi products and solutions.

·       Capable of conducting tests and demonstrating solutions effectively to clients.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunication or related field

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on security surveillance systems, wired and wireless networking.

·       Solid understanding of surveillance and security technologies, as well as networking principles and solution.

·       Proven track record of managing technical teams and projects.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

·       Strong communication

·       Certification in network or security management (e.g., CCNA, CISSP) is a plus.
