Be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team.
Organize, plan, implement, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement forto ensure the technical consulting.
Participate in sales calls and on-site visits.
Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation.
Provide first-level technical support for solution evaluations.
Prepare functional requirements, and functional specifications and assist in the Project's statement-of-work documents in support of system quotations
Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.
