Job Description
Language Requirement: Native Chinese speaker or fluent Chinese-speaking professional, with strong English communication skills.
Role OverviewLead technical pre-sales activities by engaging designers, consultants, project owners, and investors at the earliest stages of project development. The role focuses on driving product specification, influencing design decisions, and building a strong project pipeline across infrastructure, industrial, and commercial construction sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and track major projects during FEED and design phases.
Influence technical specifications and material selection with key stakeholders.
Build relationships with design institutes, consultants, developers, and project owners.
Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and workshops.
Support tender submissions and technical documentation.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and infrastructure investments.
Develop and maintain a strategic project pipeline.
Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to convert opportunities into business.
Provide market intelligence and project progress updates to management.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Construction, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in construction materials, structural design, consulting, tendering, or project management.
Strong understanding of infrastructure and large-scale construction projects.
Experience engaging with designers, consultants, and technical stakeholders.
Native Chinese speaker or fluent Chinese-speaking professional.
Fluent Vietnamese and strong English communication skills.
Experience with metro, airport, seaport, expressway, or public investment projects is highly advantageous
