Pre-sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements, existing systems, technology stacks, and technical constraints.
• Work with the SDA to explore and evaluate technical solution options.
• Design and validate high-level solution architecture, technology choices, integrations, and migration or modernization approaches.
• Assess technical feasibility, scalability, performance, security, complexity, dependencies, and risks.
• Compare technical approaches and clearly explain their advantages, disadvantages, and trade-offs.
• Support technical estimation and validate whether proposed delivery approaches and timelines are realistic.
• Provide technical input and architecture artifacts for client proposals.
• Participate in client technical discussions when deep technical expertise is required.
• Support technical handover from pre-sales to engineering and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 10 - 20 years of experience in the software development industry.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in pre-sales roles.
• Strong background in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or similar technical roles.
• Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud, APIs, system integration, databases, and software engineering practices.
• Experience designing or reviewing architecture for complex software systems.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with global clients and stakeholders.
