Responsibilities
- Be responsible for pre-sales support for business customers in China market.
- Answer customer calls, respond to customer inquiries, identify their purchasing needs, assist them in online purchases, and contribute to the company's sales performance.
- Chat simultaneously with multiple customers online, type quickly, handle customer issues promptly, identify potential purchasing needs, and assist customers in completing online purchase.
- Provide a high-quality customer service experience, accurately record customer needs, and promptly submit them to the subsequent sales department for follow-up.
- Work closely with team members to solve problems together; maintain high efficiency under pressure.
- Have an understanding and familiarity with Chinese culture; those with relevant life or work experience in China are preferred.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Cantonese speaking, listening, reading and writing.
- Open to freshers.
- Good English reading and writing skills, and proficient in using office software.
- Candidates with relevant experience in customer service or sales are preferred.
- Strong learning ability and excellent communication skills.
- Able to handle work pressure and complete tasks efficiently.
Benefits:
- Salary range: 18-21M Gross
- Salary at 100% during the probationary period.
- 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance.
- An employee who works at night (10 PM -6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance.
- 20 days leave (12 days of annual leave and 8 days of sick leave)
