Role Description
The Production Preparation Planner is responsible for tracking and executing the delivery and return of semi-finished and finished goods from UA to external outsourcing units (e.g., printing, embroidery). This role ensures outsourced items are delivered on time and returned in accordance with the production schedule and customer shipment deadlines
Main task:
- Receive cutting plans from the Production Preparation Planning Team Leader
- Monitor the delivery schedule of semi-finished goods from the cutting section to external outsourcing departments (printing, embroidery, etc.)
- Follow up based on order lead times and actual production requirements to ensure timely return of goods
- Report the status of outsourced goods to the Pre-Production Planning Planner to coordinate delivery and receipt plans
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Preparation Planning Team Leader
Requirements
Experience
- Graduated from College or higher
- Having 1-2 years experience working in the garment/manufacturing industry in the same position
- Understand the work of the parts such as: technical - stamping, cutting, sewing, finishing
- Using basic English skills
