Job Description
- Communicate with clients, OEMs (manufacturers), and other Titan teams across Australia and global markets.
- Gather and understand requirements to configure databases from both front-end and back-end perspectives, tailored to customer needs.
- Communicate with OEMs and third parties to obtain requirements and credentials required to set up system interfaces.
- Use project management software to track progress and ensure that all project steps are completed before go-live.
- Utilise SQL (both pre-written and ad hoc queries) to set up and maintain interfaces, and assist with the data migration validation process to ensure the best outcome for customers.
- Provide post-data conversion validation to ensure that the data migration process has been completed successfully.
- Report and escalate identified issues to the Team Leader, DBA team, and/or Project Manager.
- Escalate and reproduce software issues for the development team.
Job Requirements
