Job Description

  • Communicate with clients, OEMs (manufacturers), and other Titan teams across Australia and global markets.
  • Gather and understand requirements to configure databases from both front-end and back-end perspectives, tailored to customer needs.
  • Communicate with OEMs and third parties to obtain requirements and credentials required to set up system interfaces.
  • Use project management software to track progress and ensure that all project steps are completed before go-live.
  • Utilise SQL (both pre-written and ad hoc queries) to set up and maintain interfaces, and assist with the data migration validation process to ensure the best outcome for customers.
  • Provide post-data conversion validation to ensure that the data migration process has been completed successfully.
  • Report and escalate identified issues to the Team Leader, DBA team, and/or Project Manager.
  • Escalate and reproduce software issues for the development team.

Job Requirements

  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think outside the box.

  • Experience in the automotive industry (vehicles, trucks, or scooters).
  • Experience in general accounting.
  • Experience in automotive accounting.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Experience in data migration or data entry.
  • Interest in information technology and the automotive industry.
