Job Description

Brancher.X is looking for a proactive PR & Social Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated communication campaigns for our clients. The role includes managing PR and social media activities, coordinating content and media relations, and ensuring smooth project delivery across teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Development

  • Contribute to the development of PR and social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
  • Build communication concepts and assist in developing proposals, timelines, and scopes of work.
  • Work with content, creative, and media teams to translate strategies into actionable plans.

2. Client Management & Consultation

  • Act as a day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive communication-related support.
  • Ensure clear expectation management, timely updates, and smooth coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support in presenting proposals, reports, and campaign reviews when needed.

3. Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Execute PR and social media campaigns in alignment with approved strategy and timelines.
  • Coordinate internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth rollout of deliverables.
  • Support the development and distribution of PR materials (press releases, articles, statements).
  • Assist with media coordination and basic event tasks (e.g., press briefing, small-scale activities) when required.
  • Oversee social content rollout and ensure consistency across channels.

4. Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor media coverage, social performance, and campaign progress.
  • Compile insights and recommendations to optimize ongoing or future activities.
  • Prepare campaign reports with both quantitative metrics and qualitative takeaways.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or social media management (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of integrated communications across PR and social platforms.
  • Experience managing campaign execution from planning to reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication and client-service mindset.
  • Confident in writing, reviewing, and managing PR content and social assets.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields.
