PR INTERN JD
Department: Integrated, Brand
Reporting line: Sr Client Manager / Manager
Responsibilities
- Planning support: Conduct research and background materials as guided by manager and support the team in planning process
- Content development: Propose content angles and draft PR materials, including PR articles, editorials, interview outlines, and social media content.
- Translation: Translate communications materials between English and Vietnamese.
- Reporting: Track media coverage, compile clipping reports, and support client reporting.
- Media & KOL coordination: Assist with media outreach and coordination with KOLs/influencers when required.
- Event & admin support: Support logistics for events, media activities, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Last-year students or fresh graduate students in relevant fields of accredited universities
- Good at English (4 skills required, especially writing and reading)
- Excellent in writing Vietnamese
- Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support and adapt attitude
- Appropriate behavior at the office
- Able to perform under pressure
