Responsibilities And Duties
As the role of PR Executive you will be fully in charge for:
- PR, Ethic Career & Corporate Branding (30%)
- Develop and execute content on ethical careers, professional skills, and career paths for domestic workers;
- Plan and implement corporate and industry communications in labor, household services, as well as related economic, cultural, and social sectors;
- Proactively engage with the media to ensure accurate, positive, and human-centered information;
- Create press releases, PR articles, in-depth analyses, and CSR showcases;
- Monitor, update, and advise on handling sensitive information.
- CSR & Community Impact (40%)
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute CSR programs, community activities, and campaigns to enhance labor recognition;
- Manage and report the effectiveness of CSR initiatives regularly (reach, impact, earned media);
- Lead CSR communications: write articles, create recaps, update landing pages, manage visual assets;
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR partners, including media, social organizations, and corporate collaborators.
- UGC Engine & Seeding (30%)
- Operate the UGC engine: collect, select, distribute guidelines, review, edit, and distribute UGC content;
- Collaborate with Taskers to generate authentic, human-centered content reflecting professional insights and real-life experiences;
- Develop a UGC data library by topic: ethical careers, ethical service, customer experience, expert UGC;
- Monitor sentiment and manage crisis content if issues arise;
- Support earned seeding on social media and community channels (media fanpages, family care groups, forums, etc.).
Other Tasks: Perform other tasks to support the Supervisor when required.
Must-have
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PR, Communications, or Content; experience in service industries or NGO/CSR preferred;
- Strong writing skills, clear and human-centered communication; ability to handle sensitive language;
- Basic understanding of CSR communications, community impact, and sustainable communication standards;
- Ability to work with media, agencies, CSR partners, and Internal Tasker community;
- Empathetic and socially aware;
- Have a personal laptop.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in CSR, ESG projects, or social impact campaigns;
- Knowledge of domestic work, gig economy, and service labor sectors;
- Ability to develop UGC guidelines or manage content seeding;
- Risk prevention and crisis communication mindset.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
