PR Business Merchandiser based in
Bc Ninh.
Annual Salary Range: $22,000 - $30,000

Your Responsibilities
- Product consultations and introductions to help customers fully understand the functions and advantages of the clients products.
- Communication with customers including understanding and mastering customer needs.
- Communicate with R & D department (R & D) to discuss the feasibility of customer requirements.
- Provide quotations to customers based on relevant cost data.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and provide care and support throughout the customer's use of the product.
- Handle customer problems and complaints about products and services.
- Receive and process customer orders, ensure order information is recorded accurately.
- Deal with the contract signing procedures, follow up the delivery progress and payment.
- Work with the technical department to provide product technical advice to customers and assist customers to solve product related problems.
- Develop and find new customers.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher; candidates with a background in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development related to non-standard automation equipment, mechanical machinery, or industrial control products. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the sales process for custom-built equipment.
- Able to read and interpret basic mechanical drawings; familiar with automation components such as cylinders, servo systems, PLCs, and sensors; proficient in the design, manufacturing, and delivery processes for non-standard equipment.
- Familiar with CE/electrical safety specifications, with program architecture and team management skills.
- Possess excellent English speaking skills, strong business negotiation, communication, and client coordination abilities; highly goal-oriented, with a strong focus on timely collection of payments and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Willing to travel and work on-site with clients; proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CAD drawing viewers, among other tools.
