Conduct social listening, track sentiment data, and execute rapid-response tactics when required.
Analyze platform performance through data-driven KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment; optimize campaigns accordingly.
4. Event & Reputation Experience Management
Lead planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences, community programs, customer and investor events, and internal branding initiatives.
Create annual event roadmaps aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Manage vendor sourcing, budgets, contracts, and on-site execution to ensure premium brand representation.
