Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PR & Crisis Management

  • Develop and enforce crisis-communication protocols; lead immediate response actions for any incident affecting corporate reputation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for crisis escalation and decision-making with senior leadership.
  • Monitor media, social sentiment, and emerging issues to proactively address reputational risks.
  • Train leadership and key teams on crisis communication and media interaction.
  • Conduct after-action reviews and maintain continuous improvement of crisis readiness.

2. Corporate & Brand Communications Strategy


  • Lead comprehensive internal and external communication strategies to strengthen brand reputation and stakeholder confidence.
  • Oversee corporate messaging frameworks, brand storytelling, and PR content direction.
  • Prepare high-quality speeches, press releases, talking points, Q&A, and crisis responses for executives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with media, government agencies, industry associations, and key community partners.
  • Provide strategic communication counsel to business units and senior management.

3. Social Media & Digital Engagement


  • Oversee multi-platform digital strategy (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Manage content planning and ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct social listening, track sentiment data, and execute rapid-response tactics when required.
  • Analyze platform performance through data-driven KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment; optimize campaigns accordingly.

4. Event & Reputation Experience Management


  • Lead planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences, community programs, customer and investor events, and internal branding initiatives.
  • Create annual event roadmaps aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, budgets, contracts, and on-site execution to ensure premium brand representation.
  • Conduct event performance evaluation and implement improvements.

5. Brand Identity & Physical Touchpoints Governance


  • Oversee brand compliance across all physical brand touchpoints including uniforms, signage, name badges, and employee appearance standards.
  • Review, improve, and enforce brand guidelines related to corporate identity and visibility assets.
  • Lead periodic audits to ensure consistent brand experience across all properties.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelors degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 810 years of experience in Branding, PR, Corporate Communications, or Crisis Management including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven capability in media relations, reputational risk management, and crisis communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with confidence in spokesperson duties.
  • Proficient in digital communication analytics, social listening, and media monitoring tools.
  • Solid understanding of crisis-mitigation frameworks and communication governance.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and judgment in handling sensitive matters.
  • Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels.
