Job Description

The PR & Branding Lead is responsible for shaping and driving the company's brand positioning, communication strategy, and public relations efforts. This role ensures consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints to strengthen brand awareness, trust, and market presence.

  • Brand Strategy & Management
  • Define and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels and customer touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adoption across teams
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align brand strategy with business objectives
  • Communication Planning & Execution
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly communication planning
  • Translate business priorities into clear and effective communication directions
  • Oversee content development across channels (digital, social, PR, offline)
  • Ensure alignment between campaign messaging and overall brand narrative
  • Public Relations & Media Management
  • Develop and execute PR strategies and media plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and key partners
  • Lead press releases, media briefings, and crisis communication when required
  • Monitor media coverage and manage brand reputation proactively
  • Content & Creative Direction
  • Provide direction for creative assets and content production
  • Ensure high-quality, engaging, and on-brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies
  • Drive innovation in content formats to improve audience engagement
  • Brand Performance & Insights
  • Track and evaluate brand health metrics (awareness, perception, share of voice, etc.)
  • Monitor communication effectiveness across channels
  • Leverage insights to refine messaging and communication strategies
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Campaign, Product, and Growth teams to ensure aligned messaging
  • Support major product launches and campaigns with strong communication strategies
  • Act as the key point of contact for all branding and communication matters

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in PR, branding, or integrated communications
  • Proven track record in building brand strategy and executing PR campaigns
  • Experience working with media, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Background in fintech, financial services, or tech is a strong advantage
