Location:
Based in Yen Phong Industrial Park (Expanded Area), Tam Da Commune, Yen Trung Commune, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quality management at OEM manufacturing plants, overseeing the improvement of the plant's quality management system.
- Identify process and product risks in production, and establish effective preventive management measures.
- Set product quality management goals and develop reasonable preventive measures to achieve overall product quality objectives.
- Participate in quality management activities during the early stages of new product introduction, and manage risks during product transition to mass production.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and improve process quality anomalies, and ensure the closure of identified issues.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to ensure ongoing enhancement of quality in product design, manufacturing, and other areas.
- Conduct quality sampling and inspection of finished products at OEM plants to ensure outgoing product quality.
- Lead the improvement of customer complaint issues related to manufacturing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher education background, with over 3 years of experience in a PQE (Product Quality Engineer) role.
- Possess a Vietnum Work Visa
- Fluent Chinese speaker (at least fluent in oral Chinese)
- Familiar with electronic product assembly, PCBA SMT processes, and quality control systems.
- Knowledgeable about ISO 9001 procedures and management requirements, proficient in quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA, 8D, and QCP.
