Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve the annual sales budget in sales volume and profitability as committed.
- Understand a daily market, market trend such as supply & demand, competitive landscape and then timely communicate with all stakeholders.
- Grow the sales at existing customers and identify new sales opportunities in the assigned region for imported products from in or outside of Asia.
- Build and expand relationships with key purchasing decision makers for selling of products and with key decision makers for sourcing of products.
- Support to develop annual budget and mid and long-term growth strategy for the assigned region.
- Initiate and conclude profitable trading transactions with minimum risks and maximum returns.
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven sales experience and sales record of PP
- Pro-active, self-motivated individual with a high energy level and sense of urgency.
- A self-starter, who is able to work with minimum supervision, recognizing potential opportunities and taking timely, appropriate action.
- Bottom-line orientation, utilizing creative problem-solving skills to bring transactions to profitable conclusion.
- Effective time manager who keeps commitments and consistently meets deadlines.
- Good communicator, throughout all levels of the company, ship owners/brokers, suppliers and customers.
