Talent Engineer Program at
VinFast is a unique opportunity for early-career engineers to join our R&D team as full-time engineers while being mentored by lead experts in the field. This program is designed to build core engineering talent across key domains in
Powertrain and
Thermal Systems, shaping future leaders of automotive innovation.
Participants will be assigned to a specific domain based on their educational background, technical skills, or work experience.

Powertrain Module:
- Drivetrain and Control
- Thermal Calibration
Thermal Center
- HVAC Hardware Design
- HVAC System Design
- Thermal Function and Control (Software & Algorithm Development)
- Thermal Integration
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering
Foundational Knowledge Or Experience In Areas Such As
- Powertrain and thermal system development
- Climate control and vehicle comfort systems
- Electric drive systems and high-voltage components
- Thermal control units and high-voltage batteries
Familiarity with automotive development processes
Strong motivation, self-learning ability, and initiative
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in multi-national teams and deliver under pressure
Problem-solving mindset, even outside core areas of expertise
Experience with project planning and tracking is a plus
