Working Location: R&D Center Long Cang, Cn c, Long An

Working Hours: Monday Saturday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

We are expanding our R&D team and seeking aPower Electronics Engineerwho will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of high-performance power electronics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, model, and simulate power electronic converters and control systems for renewable energy applications.
  • Develop hardware prototypes and conduct laboratory testing, validation, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, control, and systems engineering) to integrate solutions into large-scale renewable energy systems.
  • Support the creation of technical documentation, standards, and design guidelines.
  • Ensure designs meet safety, efficiency, and compliance requirements.
  • Be flexible to work on assignments acrossdifferent project locations in Vietnam and occasionally abroadwhen required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong foundation in power electronics design, control theory, and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, PSIM).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware development, PCB design, and testing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems (solar, hydrogen, storage, grid integration) is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, eager to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt todifferent project sites (domestic and international).
