Power Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

To manage, control, and perform complex of Renewable power project development and M&A for Solar C&I

Identifying and developing new related business opportunities

Closely monitor government energy policy directions and market conditions for creating corporate strategy for short term and long-term plan

Work closely with senior management team in Thailand to ensure all deliverable to meet company target

Strong relationships with government authorities and business partners, including advisors that are related to renewable business

Analyze investment returns, prepare presentation for management meeting

Negotiation project agreements including PPA, EPC, MOU, JDA, SHA, SPA etc.

Other accountabilities

Guide and assist, if needed, junior members in performing their tasks to ensure consistent understanding and ability to perform tasks.

Perform analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization.

Engage in regular meetings/ updates with team members, collect feedback, encourage and promote team spirit.

Identify/ respond appropriately to high-complex issues, in order to ensure that each issue is efficiently dealt with or escalated to a superior level properly.

Respond to instructions to undertake specific tasks to assist senior members in the completion of projects or assignments.

Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or master's degrees in Engineering, Finance or International Business

Financial Modeling basic knowledge

3-5 years experience in Renewable power project development and M&A. Proven track record of development Solar C&I

Excellent understanding of power business contracts including PPA, EPC, Financing, JDA, SHA, SPA

Excellent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Excellent investment analytical skill

Excellent project management skill

Excellent Interpersonal skill

Excellent command of business English and Chinese speaking is a plus
