Job Overview
Lead the development and implementation of data analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions across the organization. Consolidate fragmented data into reliable, actionable insights, support SAP and digital transformation initiatives, and establish standardized reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end data architecture, from source systems to dashboards, ensuring a single source of truth.
- Consolidate, clean, integrate, and model data from SAP, Excel, legacy systems, and other sources.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, scalability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
- Standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and data definitions across departments.
- Extract, transform, and analyze SAP data using SQL and relevant tools.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other functions to identify data needs and improve operational performance.
- Conduct data-driven root cause analysis and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Establish data governance, documentation, and reporting standards.
- Train users and promote self-service BI and a data-driven culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and digital workflows.
- Provide regular insights and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, data modeling, and ETL.
- Good understanding of ERP/SAP data structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in training, coaching, or enabling self-service BI is a plus.
