Job Description
As a Plastics Trader, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing trading activities in the plastics market.
- Identifying and building relationships with key clients and suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
- Monitoring market trends to identify trading opportunities.
- Managing the logistics and supply chain for traded products.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Preparing and presenting regular market and performance reports.
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Plastics Trader Should Have
- A solid understanding of the plastics market and trading processes.
- Proven skills in negotiation and relationship management.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends and opportunities.
- Experience in managing contracts and logistics within trading activities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for trading and reporting.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
