Purpose
To provide governance, planning and coordination support to ensure the PEAK project deployment is delivered in accordance with agreed scope, timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrated project plan and monitor progress against key milestones
- Coordinate local governance forums, including Team Meetings, Implementation Boards and project status meetings
- Consolidate and report project status, risks, issues and dependencies
- Track actions and ensure timely closure through appropriate follow-up
- Support budget tracking and resource planning activities
- Support local application testing and FD readiness
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs and decision registers
- Coordinate project communications and ensure alignment between local and central teams
- Support cutover planning and readiness activities as required
Experience & Skills
- Experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably within large transformation programmes
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Ability to build relationships quickly and content working in a fast-paced project environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English and fluent in Vietnamese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactivity is a must
