Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a PMO Coordinator, you will support the PMO Governance Manager in strengthening delivery governance, quality standards, risk visibility, resource discipline, and institutional learning across projects and programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive internal AI agent projects aimed at automating and enhancing daily project operations.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and adoption of delivery standards, frameworks, and templates.
  • Support stage-gate reviews, quality checks, and governance checkpoints.
  • Track resource allocation and utilization, highlighting capacity risks and constraints.
  • Support knowledge documentation, asset reuse, and lessons learned.
  • Maintain and support PMO training and onboarding materials.
  • Assist in creating portfolio dashboards using project management and BI tools.
  • Support onboarding and communication of PMO processes and guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal PMO and cross-organizational activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS 

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Degrees in STEM, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical project delivery, preferably in AI, Data Science, or digital transformation projects.
  • Good understanding of AI / Data Science delivery lifecycles, including discovery, POC, MVP, UAT, release, and BAU handover.
  • Familiar with project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Familiar with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with BI, reporting, or dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Excel.
  • Comfortable with project reporting, dashboard preparation, progress tracking, and basic data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven, with the ability to follow and enforce delivery governance.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • PMO, project management certification, or relevant training is a plus.
