Our client is developing a B2B SaaS platform designed for Corporate Service firms, helping them digitize and streamline compliance operations.
The product focuses on optimizing KYC/KYB processes, entity management, and regulatory workflows, transforming traditionally manual and complex procedures into seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B workflows
- Build and evolve a scalable design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and strong brand alignment
- Design intuitive interfaces for data-heavy and multi-step compliance processes, handling complex information architecture
- Work with PM on continuous discovery: user interviews, ideation, prototyping, and validation with real users
- Present and communicate design concepts clearly, backed by user insights, data, and logical rationale
- Participate in Agile processes and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Solid experience in B2B SaaS products, especially enterprise-level systems (complex permissions, configurations, pricing models, multi-role users)
- Hands-on experience designing complex systems such as dashboards, workflow tools, or data-intensive interfaces
- Strong foundation in UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, usability, and user research
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like FigJam..
- High attention to detail and strong design craftsmanship
- Strong ability in design handoff: documentation, specs, and collaboration with engineering teams
- Fluent in English, able to work with international stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment, delivering iteratively
