Smilegate'sSTOVEis a next-generation C2C(Consumer to Consumer) Social entertainment platform. With STOVE, users can easily and conveniently create specific content from their very own imagination which can be shared, communicated with other global users. Developers and publishers can also introduce, operate, and improve their own content with other users around the world. Through STOVE, Smilegate will continue to provide participation and distribution of new content previously unavailable to users and CP(Contents Provider), as well as a communication ecosystem and paradigm.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage ESD platform business (e.g., Steam, Epic Store).
• Launch and operate multi-platform games (PC online, mobile, PC package, console).
• Increase traffic and revenue for titles launched on platforms.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (localization, build management, QA, operations, etc.).
• Discover and manage key partners and game titles.
• Analyze trends and derive insights through research and analysis of other platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of package games, console games, and the game industry.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills when working with partner companies.

Qualifications

• Experience in launching and operating multi-platform games (PC online, mobile, console, etc.).
• Experience as a Game Business PM or in game operations (minimum 5 years).
• Strong communication skills with a flexible mindset, along with a high sense of responsibility and passion for work.
• No restrictions on overseas business travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in platform business and operations.
• Experience launching and operating games on ESD platforms such as Steam and Epic Store.
• Business-level English proficiency; Korean proficiency is a plus.
• Experience as an Overseas Business PM.
