The Role
We are seeking a Plant Manager who will report directly to the Managing Director Apac. This position is responsible for ensuring the operational and strategic management of the Vietnam branch, driving production efficiency, commercial development, and alignment with the Group's global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee production, supply chain, and process quality.
- Leadership: Coordinate and motivate the local team, fostering a collaborative and multicultural work environment.
- Communication: Act as the main liaison between headquarters and the branch, ensuring strategic consistency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local regulations and corporate standards.
- Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the local business by identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
Requirements
- Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managerial or project management roles, preferably in industrial settings.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cultural adaptability skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Willingness to relocate to Vietnam and openness to international experiences.
