Planogram Specialist (Spaceman)

Job Description:

1.    Use Spaceman to create the standard POG based on category strategy, customer decision tree, store format, and promotion campaign;

2.    Manage the assortment and work with the buyers and the supply chain team to ensure the stock availability when executing the POG at store.

3.    Liaise with the OMS system to transfer the POG to the store and ensure the stores execute the POG in the required timeline;

4.    Manage the percentage space of each category in detail. Analyst lays out and organizes categories consistently

5.    Ensure the category development through the display and according to the market trend;

6.    Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;

7.    Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement; 

8.    Strive to reach the Company's Vision and live with our Core Values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience at similar position in supermarket, CVS, beauty stores
• Analytical skills (Excel, experience with SQL is a plus).
• Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.
• Analysis, planning, negotiation, problem solving, management skills, customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork attitude, high responsibility and commitment
• Able to lead the team and manage the team to deliver the results.
