Due to extending business scope, we are seeking for appropriate candidates for Planning Staff vacancies:
Working place: Victory Tower, 318 - 320 Nguyn Oanh, Phng G Vp, Tp. H Ch Minh
Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 (Mon to Fri)
Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Performance position
Support factory-level planning, data management, and execution under PPP manager's guidance.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly DPR and efficiency reports.
- Coordinate line scheduling, capacity updates, and order progress.
- Maintain planning data accuracy and support cross-department alignment.
- Track absenteeism, manpower distribution, line efficiency, and OT usage.
- Follow standard planning procedures and report exceptions immediately.
2. Operation Excellence position
Lead technical standardization, manufacturing engineering, quality engineering, and process improvement across all factories.
- Establish cross-factory SOP for cutting, sewing, bonding, ironing, QC, finishing.
- Standardize critical specs (SHAPE, E-band, Notch, Logo Positioning).
- Lead automation projects (Laser Cut, AutoCAM, Bonding, Robotics).
- Train factory OE/QC/Mechanic teams on best practices and technical standards.
- Review major quality failures, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Audit factories regularly and ensure gap closure.
3. Global Strategic Sourcing position
Manage all corporate-level procurement: machines, parts, construction, utilities, and vendor strategy.
- Standardize machine models and negotiate corporate-level prices.
- Manage vendor evaluation (price, quality, service, lead-time).
- Oversee CAPEX projects (line expansion, new building, utility upgrades).
- Establish annual procurement budget and cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with OE on technical specification and machine standard.
- Manage factory requests and approve purchase decisions.
- Audit supplier performance and contract compliance.
Qualifications
1. Production Planning & Performance
- Strong Excel skill
- Basic understanding of garment production flow
- Business english skill
2. Operation Excellence
- Business english skill
- Strong experience in garment engineering / technical management
- Deep understanding of critical specs and activewear/woven construction
- Leadership in multi-country factory standardization
- Execute standardized technical procedures and support factory technical improvements.
3. Global Strategic Sourcing
- Business english skill
- Strategic sourcing experience
- Cost/ROI analysis skills
- Understanding of garment machinery and factory infrastructure
