Planning Specialist - MRP (12-Month Contract)

CONTEXT:

Supply planning process aims to identify, prioritize and aggregate supply resources for an OpCo, based on demand plan and customer requirements.

Supply planning gives a reliable outlook on finished goods and material requirements (both packaging and raw materials) across planning horizons.

Planning specialist - MRP must comply with the Planning standards and procedures and is responsible for the creation of the Supply Plan follow the process of Supply planning fundamentals in Master Data, Inventory Optimization, Material Requirement Planning, Planning Resolving Imbalances & Call-off Plan.

The scope of activities is defined as follows:

• Short term (Operational horizon): MRP Planning, capacity and resource (Rolling 13 weeks)
• Long term (S&OP horizon): MRP Planning, capacity and resource (Rolling 6 months)

JOB PURPOSE:

As a Planning Specialist - MRP, you will prepare, monitor and update supply plans (inventory, supply and procurement plans) by optimizing supply chain resources in order to guarantee the availability of finished products in line with the agreed service level and inventory strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Material Planning:

Generate feasible supply plans (including inventory), in line with business plan, budget, demand plan and main bottle necks in cooperation with relevant stakeholders.

2. Updating plans

Analyze and update (if required) the supply plans in the short time frame, balancing production and material constraints and required service levels, as a result of any changes to the plan, involving relevant stakeholders.

3. Supply planning process

Coordinate and monitor the supply planning processes, taking into account the interdependencies with scheduling, material planning, supplier capacity and NPI activities.

Prepare and contribute to Supplier Collaboration meeting.

4. Management Information

Provide clear and accurate information on supply planning performance.

5. Communication

Communicate the various plans and their impact to relevant stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Logistics, Finance, Business Administration

Experiences/skills

• 2-3 years experiences with Supply Planning (Production & Materials Planning), FMCG experiences is highly preferred
• Experiences with ERP systems (Oracles, SAP..etc..)
• Experiences with Imported Materials: Order & Process
• Interpersonal skill, Stakeholder management, Problem solving skill
• Ability to quick adapt & learn with new knowlegdes & systems
• Good communication and influencing skills
• Advance in Excel, Power BI

Languages: Proficiency in both written and spoken English
