Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
- Production Planning ManagementCollaborate with relevant departments to develop short- and medium-term production plans based on customer demand and production capacity.
- Monitor plan execution and make timely adjustments in case of issues related to materials, machinery, or manpower.
- Ensure production timelines align with delivery commitments.
- Procurement ManagementDevelop and implement procurement plans for materials, supplies, and equipment serving production.
- Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to procurement, such as delays, defective goods, or pricing changes.
- Logistics and Warehouse ManagementOversee transportation, warehousing, and the import/export of goods and materials.
- Optimize logistics and warehouse operations to minimize costs while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Education: University, faculty of Business Administration or related
- Experience: Having At least 05 years of working experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in English
- Preferred knowledge: Oracle
- Computer skills: Word, excel, power point, Internet
- Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Pro-active and work carefully, be able to work under pressure.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent leadership, planning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to perform under pressure.
