Job Description
Develop Strategic Plans: Analyze brand briefs and develop comprehensive strategic plans that cover the full marketing funnelfrom awareness to conversion.
Client Satisfaction Focus: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, ensuring that strategic plans align with their expectations and goals. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service standard.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work effectively with various teams (Commercial, Livestream, Affiliate, Video, Media) to execute strategic initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of projects.
P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, including budgeting and profitability, to ensure effective management of resources and achievement of financial goals.
Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs related to strategic initiatives, ensuring that the outcomes meet or exceed client expectations.
Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and insights to clients regarding the progress of strategic plans and campaign performances.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize data and feedback to refine strategies and improve processes, ensuring ongoing alignment with industry trends and client needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in strategic planning, account management, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of integrated digital marketing channels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
