JOB DESCRIPTION
I. Planning Activities :
- Collect and consolidate sales forecasts from the Sales team on a monthly basis.
- Monitor forecast accuracy/Bias and recommend improvement actions.
- Analyze market trends, historical sales, seasonality, and major customer projects.
- Develop an accurate Demand Plan to support production scheduling.
- Prepare Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand and capacity.
- Work with the plant to balance capacity, maintenance schedules, and raw material availability.
- Adjust production plans in case of disruptions (material shortages, urgent orders, maintenance issues, etc.).
- Calculate and allocate production plan by day/week/month to meet demand.
- Calculate, order and coordinate RMs meet with Production plan.
- Define safety stock levels for each product category and warehouse based on(Leadtime, MOQ, Shelf-life) for each SKU.
- Monitor daily/weekly inventory and propose optimization actions.
- Understand suppliers supply capacity to allocate suitable volume
- Reduce SLOB, or dead stock.
- Work closely with Sales, MKT, Production, Purchasing and other related departments
- Participate in monthly S&OP meetings and prepare relevant documents
II . Reports:
- Daily: update FGs,RMs Stock report, Sales report, and send them on time as requests
- Weekly: Input/output report during the week compared with plan.
- Monthly: Accuracy/Bias,PSA report
III. EHS
- Awareness and understanding of EHS system at work
- Understand some EHS processes that can be applied through training
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience in similar position.
Soft skills:
- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected changes.
- Have a spirit of cooperation and support for colleagues to complete work effectively.
- Strong data analysis skills
Computer Microsoft office skills:
Good at MS office computer skills, especially Excel, Power Point, using ERP software (M3, SAP, AX, ..), Power BI is a plus.
Language skills: English: Good at writing and speaking.
