About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Executive to support the delivery of integrated media plans. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure planning outputs are accurately translated into bookings, materials, and campaign execution. Job Responsibilities

  • Support the planning team in executing media strategies and building channel recommendations and media plans under the guidance of Planners
  • Liaise with media owners and vendors to request proposals, check rates and coordinate accurate bookings across traditional, and digital channels
  • Prepare copy instructions and material specifications, and coordinate material submissions
  • Assist in competitive tracking, media landscape reviews, and sharing relevant media and industry updates with the team
  • Prepare campaign reporting, post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and inform future planning
  • Manage billing reconciliation with media partners and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience in a media or digital agency environment
  • An ability to support timely and high-quality campaign delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience coordinating across internal teams and external partners
  • Adaptable and open to change, with a willingness to keep up with industry developments
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under tight timelines
