Job Purpose
This position is responsible to manage all aspects of capacity planning by the optimum utilization of plant capacities at assigned business units to achieve plant efficiency targets, prepare reports, share with relevant personnel's on time whilst meeting customer delivery deadlines to achieve departmental KPI.
Role Description
- Attend daily production meeting at factory to follow up and support production plan.
- Daily follow up & update cutting plan, pilot plan, and KPI report.
- Refer to return plan/actual from embellishment to better control supply chain to achieve set plan.
- Review and update order in hand for planning purpose.
- Review and follow up all orders at the assigned business units with Merchandising team & Sample team through critical path analyze to achieve set plan.
- Weekly review production status with production team to ensure all orders are on track.
- Follow up delivery at assigned business units to achieve delivery/sale plan.
- Update all allocated orders on planning board.
- Follow up monthly sign-off Standard Achieving Hours (SAH)/ Sales.
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering (IE), or related fields.
- Knowledge of Garment manufacturing process, IE, Standard Minute Values (SMV)
- Communication skills, MS Office skills
- Analytical skills, Planning skills, Management skills
- Integrity, accuracy & attention to detail
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in similar capacity.
