Procurement Planning: Develop purchasing plans, including sourcing, quantity, timing, and related terms (based on market trends, historical consumption, safety stock, etc.).
Sales Planning: Establish sales plans, including revenue targets and pricing strategies.
Logistics & Inventory Management: Design logistics plans and oversee inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure all plans are detailed, transparent, and aligned with the Company's business objectives.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments to execute plans effectively.
Monitoring & Compliance: Track plan progress to ensure strict adherence to established processes and timelines.
Operational Coordination: Manage and coordinate planning activities; resolve any issues arising during execution.
Performance Analysis: Measure planning effectiveness, compare actual results against initial targets, and provide in-depth analysis/evaluations.
Process Improvement: Propose solutions to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.
Reporting: Build reports and monitor periodic ordering schedules with strategic suppliers.
Other Tasks: Execute additional duties as requested by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, functions, PivotTables, charting, etc.). Strong ability to process and analyze data efficiently using Excel (preferred).
Ability to read and understand English documents/emails; basic communication skills.
