About MMusic:

MMusic is pioneering the future of Vietnamese music and content on the global stage.

We aim to foster a creative community for Gen Z, facilitate brand connections with younger audiences, and ultimately build a cultural hub that celebrates individual and collective growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Impact

Lead the overall strategic direction of integrated marketing and communications across key client portfolios and internal IP projects.

Define long-term strategic frameworks that drive brand growth, business performance and cultural relevance.

Provide high-level, actionable insights to shape campaign, content and product innovation from concept to execution.

Identify macro trends, emerging cultural shifts and market dynamics to proactively guide client and internal strategies.

Ensure all strategic recommendations are grounded in analytical rigor, fact-based reasoning and measurable business impact.

2. Brand & Communication Architecture

Oversee brand positioning and long-term brand equity development for clients and MMusic IPs.

Develop and refine brand architecture, messaging systems and communication frameworks.

Lead brand audits and strategic reviews to identify growth opportunities and repositioning strategies.

Guide the development of compelling brand narratives that build emotional and cultural resonance with target audiences.

Ensure consistency and strategic alignment across all creative outputs, including campaigns, social, digital content, partnerships and experiential executions.

3. Consumer & Market Intelligence

Direct consumer research initiatives, including audience segmentation, persona development and behavioral analysis.

Translate complex market data, consumer insights and performance analytics into clear strategic direction.

Oversee development of social and digital strategies aligned with evolving consumer behavior and platform ecosystems.

4. Team & Department Leadership

Lead and mentor the Planning team, setting high standards of strategic thinking and execution excellence.

Build, structure and scale the planning function to support MMusic's growth ambitions.

Drive capability development through structured training, mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, constructive debate, accountability and continuous learning.

5. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

Serve as senior strategic advisor to key clients and partners.

Strengthen collaborative relationships across Creative, Production, Account, and external agency partners.

Represent the planning perspective in high-level pitches, new business opportunities and executive discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline (MBA is a plus).

Minimum 10+ years of experience in management consulting, brand strategy, market research or advertising.

Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.

Strong track record in building brand strategy and driving measurable business growth.

FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage.

Advanced analytical capabilities; highly proficient in Excel and data interpretation.

Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex insights into compelling strategic narratives for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong leadership presence, business acumen and decision-making capabilities.
