GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Planning & Operations Analyst is responsible for tracking capacity utilization, managing greige booking & tracking inventory, issuing buy, maintaining PO data, tracking PO WIP, generate & publish On-time KPI reports, and resolving supply & operation issues to secure on-time performance.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Maintain allocation tracking vs targets; prepare weekly status reports
- Negotiate capacity plan with factory & update in system; track plan & actual fill-rate; co-ordinate with brand planning team to execute advance production planning to fulfil peak month demand
- Issue buys; manage buy confirmations with factory; track PO WIP
- Simulate & publish greige forecast & bookings to mills, track utilization
- Monitor On-time delivery; track payment; PO amendment in system
- Resolve supply related issues with key stakeholders & factories. Escalate delivery risk to manager
- Prepare routine dashboards (fill-rate, forecast trend, On-time performance) and facilitate meetings
- Assist with new factory setup/exit documentation and data migration.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Data analysis & reporting; intermediate MS PowerPoint; strong in MS Excel (pivot, vlookup, charts). Power BI knowledge is an advantage
- Working knowledge of SAP/ ERP/ PLM (Centric) and planning systems
- Process oriented and attention to detail; effective communication
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- English proficiency
