Job Description

GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Planning & Operations Analyst is responsible for tracking capacity utilization, managing greige booking & tracking inventory, issuing buy, maintaining PO data, tracking PO WIP, generate & publish On-time KPI reports, and resolving supply & operation issues to secure on-time performance.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Maintain allocation tracking vs targets; prepare weekly status reports
  • Negotiate capacity plan with factory & update in system; track plan & actual fill-rate; co-ordinate with brand planning team to execute advance production planning to fulfil peak month demand
  • Issue buys; manage buy confirmations with factory; track PO WIP
  • Simulate & publish greige forecast & bookings to mills, track utilization
  • Monitor On-time delivery; track payment; PO amendment in system
  • Resolve supply related issues with key stakeholders & factories. Escalate delivery risk to manager
  • Prepare routine dashboards (fill-rate, forecast trend, On-time performance) and facilitate meetings
  • Assist with new factory setup/exit documentation and data migration.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Data analysis & reporting; intermediate MS PowerPoint; strong in MS Excel (pivot, vlookup, charts). Power BI knowledge is an advantage
  • Working knowledge of SAP/ ERP/ PLM (Centric) and planning systems
  • Process oriented and attention to detail; effective communication
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • English proficiency

  • Office environment with regular factory/ vendor visits
  • Tight deadlines during buy and production cycles
  • Up to 10% travel annually
