Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Manage activities of material planning of designated scope of work.
Coordinator between production, planner and purchasing team in term of material delivery/quality to meet the requirement of customer orders.
- Plan and manage material requirements to support production schedules and customer demand.
- Ensure material availability by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Analyse demand forecasts and adjust material plans accordingly.
- Track and follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery (OTD)
- Identify and mitigate supply risks, including potential shortages or delays.
- Collaborate with Production Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and engineering changes related to materials.
Collaborate with Quality team to manage non-conforming materials and ensure timely disposition.
- Generate and analyse reports on inventory performance, shortages, and supplier delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory, lead time, and supply reliability.
Review and manage safety stock levels based on demand variability and lead time.
- Make order review to production, review raw material and capacity.
- Make production schedule and daily meetings with production.
- Revise and update the schedules if abnormal happened.
Work with production to expedite orders and ensuring that jobs are on schedule.
- Maintain and manage documents in compliant with ISO.
- Responsible for timely and consistent communication with department terms
- Maintains a positive attitude and is cooperative in working with others
- Adapts readily to changes in work caused by new requirements and/or situations

Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree, major in Supply chain , Administration business , Industrial management or a related field.
0 + years of professional working experience in in Production Planning, Material Resource Planning, Material Control in a manufacturing setting .
Working Conditions
- Works in standard office/manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to a variety of compounds, solvents, and chemicals.
- Ability to handle stress, proactive thinking, good initiative, teamwork spirit players.
