The Role
Position: Physiotherapist / Rehabilitation Therapist
Reports to: Chief Medical Officer
Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients physical conditions and functional limitations through consultation and diagnostic evaluation.
- Design and implement individualized rehabilitation programs focused on improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring function.
- Apply therapeutic modalities (manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, etc.) safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with medical doctors, nutritionists, and wellness professionals to create integrated treatment plans for holistic patient care.
- Monitor and record patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on proper posture, movement techniques, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and long-term health.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to the development of regenerative and functional therapy protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest rehabilitation and regenerative medicine practices to continuously enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Therapy.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in rehabilitation, physical therapy, or a related clinical setting.
- Experience working with patients recovering from musculoskeletal, neurological, or orthopedic conditions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Demonstrated interest in integrative and regenerative medicine is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
