Oversee and manage all SwipeRx online activities to build the foundation for our platform in Viet Nam, including app newsfeed, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok channels
Generate pharmacy-relevant content, using tools like Canva to create engaging visuals. Help SwipeRx users create and post content. Create short-videos consistent with trends and pharmacy needs for social platforms
Identify and negotiate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) who are influential among pharmacists to grow the network and increase in-app engagement.
Interview pharmacists who are SwipeRx users and create content with these interviews and videos to build activity within the digital community of SwipeRx users
Visit activated pharmacies to support activation project (if any), while also collecting content to add to monthly content
Develop and execute engagement strategies to increase tagging, likes/comments/shares, and participation in online games/polls/groups
Actively engage with users through online forums, serve as event/webinar MC, and continuously review KOL and user-generated content to ensure accuracy and relevance for users in Viet Nam
Track progress analytically against monthly MAU and other key performance indicators, proactively addressing challenges and offering solutions to supervisors
Qualifications
Trained pharmacist with recent experience working in a retail pharmacy and who has experience designing engaging online content and engaging online with other pharmacists and medical influencers
Confident and experienced in moderating online pharmacist forums and/or creating video content for TikTok and other channels
Strong knowledge on all things digital and social and ability to curate digital content relevant to pharmacy professionals using a variety of Vietnamese sources
Good English writing/verbal skills
Self-driven, able to turn projects around quickly, flexible to changes, solution-oriented, and excited to learn from others on the SwipeRx team
Passionate about strengthening retail pharmacy capacity and practices. Excited about spending time in pharmacies to better understand day-to-day needs at the pharmacy and to translate those learnings into an improved SwipeRx user experience
