Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. General Administration:

  • Complete various administrative tasks for General Director (Malaysian) including managing calendar of appointments; arranging travel plans (including transportation and accommodations), itineraries, and agendas; and compiling travel-related documents.
  • Communicate with different departments in relation to necessary follow-up on queries, deadlines and requests.

2. Business Administration:

  • Assist with management of daily operational activities, such as scheduling and attending meetings.
  • Produce/transcribe minutes of meetings and prepare follow-up actions tracking with attendees.
  • Produce reports and presentations to prepare for the meetings if requested.
  • Overall responsibility for translating, proofreading, editing and formatting translation documents to ensure the quality of translation document.
  • Act as a interpreter during meetings/events from English to Vietnamese and in reverse.
  • Track, review, and summarize periodic reports from departments.
  • Assist General Director in processing assigned tasks.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, Finance or in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power point).
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
  • High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and to take initiative.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines, pressures and other limitations.
  • Eagerness to learn (new knowledge, new working culture, new human network).
  • Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
