Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO in managing, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of all key company projects.
  • Proactively gather, consolidate, and analyze operational and revenue data to prepare regular reports and provide timely insights to support executive decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external partners to ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of project milestones.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Tracking:
  • Monitor progress, budget, and outcomes of key projects (film production, events, investments, and business ventures).
  • Regularly update progress dashboards, risk logs, and issue logs for each project.
  • Work directly with department heads to verify data and assess real-time project status.
  • Data Consolidation & Business Analysis:
  • Collect revenue, cost, and operational metrics from departments including Cinema Operations, Business Development, Film Production, Finance, Marketing, and HR.
  • Collaborate with departments to build and track company-wide OKRs.
  • Consolidate reports and develop dashboards on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis for CEO review.
  • Organize Workrate, Performance Review, and Strategic Check-in meetings: setting agenda, preparing reports, and following up on action items.
  • Liaise with department heads, project teams, and strategic partners to reconcile objectives, timelines, budgets, and risks.
  • Executive & Administrative Support:
  • Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and presentation slides for internal and external meetings.
  • Track and follow up on the execution of CEO's directives.
  • Draft, review, and translate key business documents and contracts.
  • External Affairs & Event Coordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CEO in dealing with external partners, authorities, and investors.
  • Support the coordination of communications events, film launches, and partnership signings.
  • Host, interpret, and assist during visits from VIP guests, artists, and film crews.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal communications content and company updates.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned directly by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Strong skills in data analysis and business reporting.
  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and confidentiality handling.
  • Proactive, highly responsible, and capable of multitasking.
  • Flexible, stress-resilient, and available for overtime or business trips if needed.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and disciplined in maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Project Assistant, or Project Coordinator roles.
  • Experience working with financial data and revenue reports.
  • Preferred background in media, cinema, hospitality, or investment sectors.
