Type: Full-time Hybrid (home + on-site/meetings) Reports to: Founder/CEO (EST overlap)

Role Purpose

Be the founder's trusted right hand: run the calendar, communications, travel, documents, and follow-through. Secondarily, assist with supplier outreach/translation and occasional factory visits in Vietnam.

You will handle inbound and outbound customer communications to book and manage appointments for fencing estimates. You will communicate with Canadian customers via phone, SMS, and email and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Core Responsibilities (7585% EA)

* Respond to inbound inquiries and schedule appointments with potential customers.

* Follow up with leads via phone and text.

* Use CRM tools to log interactions and update customer status.

* Collaborate with the sales team in Canada to coordinate scheduling.

* Send appointment reminders and confirmation messages.

Must-Have Qualifications

Based in Nng (or willing to relocate);

Bilingual Vietnamese & English (professional writing/Speaking)

+1 year experience in customer service, telesales, or virtual assistant roles.

Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.

Exceptional organization, confidentiality, judgment, and written tone.

Nice-to-Have

Experience supporting sourcing/procurement or factory visits.

Basic Sheets skills (filters/LOOKUP), photo/video for documentation.

Familiarity with CRMs (GoHighLevel helpful).

Work Setup & Schedule

Hybrid: home + meetings/errands/site visits.

Core VN hours with 13 hrs/day EST overlap (flexible); occasional evening calls.

Company covers approved travel; phone/data stipend; laptop if needed.
