Performance & Load Testing (60%)
- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts for APIs, microservices, middleware, and core card processing services.
- Perform Load Testing, Stress Testing, Volume Testing, Spike Testing, and Endurance Testing for the new Core Card System (Way4).
- Simulate real-world transaction volumes and user concurrency to validate system capacity and performance.
- Analyze performance metrics including response time, throughput, transactions per second (TPS), requests per second (RPS), error rates, and resource utilization.
API & Integration Testing (20%)
- Conduct performance testing for APIs used by digital channels and enterprise systems, including card onboarding, card management, customer inquiry, balance inquiry, statement services, payment processing, installment services, and other card-related functions.
- Validate performance across end-to-end integration flows involving ESB, Saleforce, Mobile App, LOS, Collections, Payment Systems, and other satellite applications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks across APIs, middleware, databases, and downstream systems.
Analysis & Troubleshooting (20%)
- Monitor application, middleware, database, and infrastructure performance during testing.
- Investigate performance issues and collaborate with Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Vendor, and Business teams to identify root causes.
- Prepare performance test reports and provide recommendations for system optimization.
