Performance Marketing - UA (Senior-Lead)

General Description:

• Executive marketing plan to acquire users profitably through organic and non-organic channels for products IndieZ
• Manage and run multiple Global Marketing campaigns across mobile ad networks (like Facebook, Google, etc)
• Work closely with Ad networks to optimize campaigns.
• Work closely with the Internal team to create new, effective creatives for the Ad campaign
• Update reports & support other marketing activities.
• Analyze data and recommend plan changes if necessary for better results
• Exciting diversity with our partners from around the world (mostly European & English-speaking countries)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Have experience running mobile app marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, or other ad networks.
• Experience in mobile game/ Game industry is a must
• Proficient in English writing and speaking skills.
• Ability to coordinate with different stakeholders
• Being familiar with using mobile marketing attribution tools (e.g., Appsflyers or Adjust)

Technical skills:

• Have good logical sense in data analysis (market, user behavior, etc.) to draw insights.
• Strong management skills are needed to handle multiple campaigns or multiple projects.
