About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who knows how to cahnge insights into strategic actions and impactful campaigns.

You will work closely with our local teams in Vietnam to build and scale digital marketing initiatives that support brand growth and customer engagement.

This role requires both analytical thinking and hands-on execution and a genuine appreciation for aesthetics, branding and emotional experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan & Execute Campaigns

  • Manage paid media across:
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Optional: LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, Zalo Ads
  • Develop and optimize full-funnel performance strategies
  • Continuously test audiences, creatives and landing experiences

2. Analyze & Report

  • Monitor performance using GA4, Meta/Google dashboards, CRM & Pancake
  • Build clear reports with actionable insights
  • Lead structured A/B testing and scaling tactics

3. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing, Content, Sales and Product in Vietnam
  • Align campaigns with brand and business objectives
  • Provide creative teams with performance-based direction

4. Innovation & AI

  • Stay current on platform trends and best practices
  • Evaluate and use AI tools for automation and personalization
  • Recommend new channels, formats and optimization approaches

What You Bring

Required

  • 4+ years hands-on experience in performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in Meta & Google Ads
  • Solid understanding of analytics, attribution & tracking (GA4, UTM, Tagging)
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategy
  • Highly analytical, structured and proactive working style
  • Good English communication (spoken and written)

Preferred

  • Experience with premium, design-driven or global brands
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic, Zalo Ads or TikTok Ads
  • Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM or lead nurturing funnels
  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing workflows
