You will need to- Own portfolio strategy for 20-35 storefronts across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. Plan monthly budgets, forecast GMV targets, and define optimization playbooks per brand.
- Design and execute media plans that translate client KPIs into daily operation workflows. Create structured playbooks for different campaign types (seasonal, BAU, promotional) and train operators to execute them.
- Enable operator execution by building decision frameworks, operation checklists, and real-time performance dashboards. Define what success looks like per storefront, then measure against it.
- Manage client relationships at the strategic level. Own weekly/monthly performance reviews, communicate proactively when performance gaps appear, and propose data-driven optimization recommendations before clients ask.
- Identify and resolve operational friction. When operators can't scale—data sync breaks, integration delays, platform constraints—diagnose root cause and either fix it or escalate with clarity.
- Drive adoption of optimization levers (GMV Max, budget distribution, keyword labs, DSA). Test new ad tools, validate workflow fit, document best practices, and coach operators on deployment.
- Build systems to scale without hiring. Propose and prototype automation—monthly reporting templates, campaign setup scripts, performance alerts—that compress manual work. Partner with product and engineering on implementation.
- Collaborate with Product and CS teams. Translate operator pain points into feature requests. Partner with CSM on account health and upsell opportunities. Work with Product on ad tool prioritization based on what will move your portfolio KPIs.

Who you are
- 3+ years in performance marketing operations, account management, or media planning in e-commerce, retail media networks, or agencies. You've managed budgets in the $100K-$5M range and know how platforms work from the inside.
- Expert-level knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop ad operations. You understand daily budget mechanics, ROAS targeting, bid management, and the friction points operators face.
- Strong analytical capability. You translate performance data into narratives: Here's why ROAS dropped. Here's what we change next. You're comfortable with dashboards, pivot tables, and spotting trends before they break.
- Operator mindset with strategic lens. You can execute daily optimizations and also step back to ask Is our entire approach right You balance urgency (hit this month's GMV target) with optionality (test new channels for Q2).
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences. You present data to clients, translate client requests into operator workflows, and explain platform constraints to product teams. You write clearly and rarely need edits.
- Self-driven ownership. You own portfolio P&L and hold yourself accountable. You don't wait for escalation; you diagnose and propose. You document your work so others can replicate it.
