About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven **Performance Marketing Executive** with **3–5 years of agency experience** to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics, conversion tracking, and lead generation, with a proven ability to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
* Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
* Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to improve campaign performance.
* Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and web teams to improve campaign outcomes.
* Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure timely execution.
* Stay updated with the latest platform features, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications
