Performance Marketing Executive

We're hiring: Performance Marketing Executive at Ineazy Bengaluru

Ineazy is a premium interior design studio in East Bengaluru.

We're looking for an execution-obsessed performance marketer to run our day-to-day paid engine across Meta, AiSensy (WhatsApp), and Zoho CRM.

If you love being inside the ad account, live for the numbers, and want ownership over campaigns (without the burden of strategy or creative direction) — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up, launch, and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
• Strategy and creative come from the marketing lead. Your job: execute flawlessly, monitor relentlessly, and get direct credit for the results.
• Monitor daily — CPL, CTR, budget pacing, and most importantly lead QUALITY — and course-correct in real time
• Track cost per qualified lead, not just cost per lead.
• Run structured A/B tests on audiences, placements, and budgets
• Manage lead flow end to end: Meta Zoho CRM sales team, plus AiSensy segmentation, broadcasts, and drip sequences
• Keep the CRM clean — correct statuses, source mapping, no leads falling through cracks
• Build monthly performance reports and flag underperformance early with recommended fixes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2-4 years hands-on with Meta Ads (Ads Manager fluency is non-negotiable)
• Working experience with AiSensy or similar WhatsApp API/CRM tools
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or any comparable CRM
• Comfortable with numbers — CPL, CAC, funnel drop-off, spreadsheets
• Process-driven, detail-obsessed, deadline-reliable
• Lead-gen category experience (interiors, real estate, home services) is a strong plus
