Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Campaign Operations

Coordinate setup, scheduling, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, email/SMS automation).

Manage day-to-day campaign logistics: targeting uploads, budget pacing, ad status checks,

and error resolution.

Conduct QA checks on campaign assets and live ads to ensure correct tracking, links, and

compliance.

Maintain and update marketing databases (CRM entries, lead lists, opt-in/out compliance,

funnel progression).

Key Responsibilities - Data & Reporting

Export, clean, and organize campaign data from multiple platforms (ads managers, CRM,

analytics tools).

Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rates,

engagement levels).

Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with clear summaries, trend analysis, and

actionable insights.

Highlight anomalies, inefficiencies, or opportunities in campaign data

Assist in forecasting, budget tracking, and ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities - Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with design, operations, and patient support teams to ensure campaign workflows

remain on track.

Support compliance processes by following approved templates and operational guidelines.

Suggest process improvements for both campaign execution and performance reporting.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.

- Proficient in English - Verbal and written.

- Skilled at setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns in the following platforms: Meta, YouTube, Google PPC and Display Network.

- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning) and familiarity with dashboard tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, or similar).

- Strong research and analytical skills for: Identifying applicable target audiences and Competitor review and analysis.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and reporting deadlines.

- Mailchimp/HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/automation tools

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity.

- Experience working in a compliant/regulatory environment is a plus
